Inactive Tab Title Ticker (JavaScript)

Inactive Tab Title Ticker allows you to set an ticking message once the user navigates to any other tab – the message ticks and tries to get the user back to concentrate on your site – once he returns the message disappears and the title returns to the original state.

You can turn off the ticking feature just to show a different title on the inactive tab.
