Snap is a JavaScript plug-in that lets users capture images via their web camera or mobile device.
Users can take new photos with their web cam, add filters and effects with their mobile device, or update images from their computer.
Snap supports web camera photo capture on all browsers that support it (Chrome/Firefox). For browsers that don’t support web camera photo capture, users are directed to upload an image from their computer.
On tablets and phones, Snap uses the devices default camera app
to take high quality photos with filters and effects. Try the live preview
on an iPhone or Android device to see how it works.
I separated the core styles (the things that provide the basic structure) from any strictly visual styles specific to a site. I made it as easy and fool-proof as possible to update colors, buttons, borders and styles!
Snap does not require any external libraries to get the job done. It plays
well with other plugins and sites, never overriding JavaScript or CSS.
